Pay per hour
There is a minimum charge of 1 hour and thereafter time will be rounded to the nearest 15 minutes which is tracked via Toggl.
Every two weeks, alongside your invoice, I will send a report showing the time breakdown for the tasks carried out.
Payment is via Bank Transfer and is payable within 7 days of the invoice being issued.
Retained hours are only valid for one month – any unused time will not be carried forward or reimbursed.
Professional time tracking software is used and you will be notified before you reach your monthly limit. A report at the end of your monthly retainer will be provided with a breakdown of the tasks carried out.
Perfect for a one off or bespoke piece of work. The price will be agreed prior to work commencing.
Payment for monthly retainers and project work is due in advance and payable via Bank Transfer.
What you don’t pay for?
One of the benefits of hiring a Virtual Assistant is you don’t have to worry about covering expenses such as;
Holidays, Pension, TAX, NI, Software Licenses, Anti-Virus Software, Storage Solutions, Insurance, ICO Registration, HMRC Anti-Money Laundering Registration, Equipment, Overheads, etc
Out of Hours
Out of hours would be classed as Evenings (after 5pm) and Weekends or Public Holidays and will be charged at a higher rate (to be agreed before work commences). Subject to my availability.
Perfect for emergency projects and last-minute deadlines.
Examples of additional charges include telephone/video calls, travel costs, face to face meetings, stationery. These will be added to the invoice at the end of the month as disbursements.
