Pay per hour
Pay only for the hours worked.
This package option is perfect for you if you don’t require a long term or regular commitment and only need help on an ad-hoc basis.
Minimum charge of 1 hour
I use professional time tracking software… you will only pay for the time I’ve worked.
Retainer
Priority booking
Priority booking is given to clients who secure my time with the retainer package option.
This is the perfect option for you if you require ongoing support each month.
Retained hours are paid in advance and will secure the hours you require each month.
Valid for one month only, any unused time will not be carried forward or reimbursed.
Professional time tracking software is used and you will be notified before you reach your monthly limit.
A report at the end of your monthly retainer will be provided upon request with a breakdown of the tasks carried out.
Project
Projects and Specialised Tasks
Perfect for a one off or bespoke piece of work. The price will be agreed prior to work commencing.
Payment for monthly retainers and project work is due in advance and payable via Bank Transfer.
What you don’t pay for?
Hiring Little Gem VA means that you don’t have to worry about finding a desk or office space for me, providing a laptop or PC or covering employee expenses such as: TAX, NI, Holidays, Pension, Software Licenses, Anti-Virus Software, Storage Solutions, Insurance, ICO Registration, Equipment, Overheads and most importantly… coffee. ☕
Out of Hours
Out of hours are classed as Evenings (after 5pm), Weekends and UK Public Holidays and will be charged at a higher rate (to be agreed before work commences).
Subject to my availability.
Perfect for emergency projects and last-minute deadlines.
Additional Charges
Examples of additional charges include telephone/video calls, travel costs, face to face meetings and anything purchased on your behalf, this may include bespoke software packages.
These will be added to your invoice at the end of the month as disbursements.
